Bartender Equipment

What is this cocktail video all about?

Here I guide you through all bar equipment and alternatives if you don’t have it in your kitchen. You don’t need all the fancy tools however I the better the equipment the better results. No doubt about that. For a start buy a Cocktail Shaker and a Jigger. Those tools is the most important in my view.

How to make the best Welcoming Drink

What is this cocktail video all about?

In this video I share a very simply welcoming drink. It’s actually beyond easy but still very tasty. You just need two ingredients. This is a great solution as a starter for your cocktail party. If you normally stress about the welcoming drink then watch this video. You just need Champagne, Cava or Prosecco and Passionfruit Juice. Easy and still really tasty!

Classic Champagne Cocktail

What is this cocktail video all about?

In this video I teach you a simple Champagne cocktail. It’s a bit heavy on booze but great for those who like champagne and whisky/cognac. It’s bitter in taste but great as an alternative to all the fruity cocktails. You just need champagne, cognac, one sugar cube and a bottle of Angostura Bitter (a small bottle used in many classic cocktails such as Manhattan, Dark and Stormy, Old Fashioned etc.).

Dark and Stormy

What is this cocktail video all about?

Here I show you how to make Dark and Stormy. A classic Caribbean cocktail that’s spicy, fresh and full of flavors. You only need dark rum, lime, ginger beer and a bit of Angostura Bitter. A real classic Dark and Stormy is made with Goslings Black Seal Dark Rum. If you don’t have that then don’t worry. Make it with another one. As long as it’s good quality then you’ll be okay.
